Team members must be passionate, be able to multi-task, enjoy interacting with guests, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Our team members are responsible for providing a safe and fun experience, with exceptional guest service that exceeds our guests expectations. The business of hospitality and entertainment is primarily an evenings, weekends and holidays business and, as such, each team member must be available to work at least 2 weekend shifts per week. A weekend shift includes Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
