The Bubble team has been working hard to prepare our safety procedures. Now we are ready to Bounce Safe. As we begin to welcome you inside The Bubble, we wanted to share with you the things we’re doing to keep our teams, our guests and our community safe. The Bubble has been consulting with local health experts, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions to determine the best practices for staying safe. While carefully following all of the recommendations of Health Canada and Toronto Public Health, here are the additional measures we are taking to ensure your health and safety in The Bubble.
Our park monitors will regulate the number of participants in each area of the park so that guests can bounce safely. The entire inflatable theme park will be sanitized regularly with cleaning solutions that are approved to kill bacteria and viruses.
Our arcade has been reconfigured to support physical distancing, while still maximizing the number and quality of games. Additional hand sanitizer will be available for guests upon request. We have also reconfigured our redemption prize counter so that our guests can maintain appropriate distance when selecting their prizes.
Our laser tag arena is over 3000 square feet, so there is ample room for players to maintain appropriate separation at all times. Our laser tag arena will also have referees monitoring appropriate physical distancing of all players during game play. All vests and phasers will be sanitized by a Bubble team member after each use.
All tables and countertops will be sanitized and cleaned after each use and at multiple points throughout the day. Food and beverage menus have been simplified to better allow us to service all of our guests without sacrificing quality.
We have updated our staff training on proper hand washing and hand sanitizing procedures. All of our staff are required to wash their hands at least two times per hour. We are also encouraging all of our guests to sanitize their hands upon entry. We have multiple hand sanitizer stations set-up throughout the facility to be used as needed.
We have dedicated team members working to clean surfaces throughout the centre all day long. Our Bubble sanitation team will be cleaning our inflatable theme park, laser tag vests, laser tag phasers, arcade games, couches, chairs, table tops and other high touch and use surfaces. Each of these touch points will be cleaned after each use and consistently throughout the day. We have an additional deep cleaning scheduled for every evening after we close to ensure all surfaces are thoroughly sanitized again before opening the next day.
We are asking all guests to stay home if they are feeling unwell or have had any flu like symptoms in the past 72 hours. We encourage all guests to wash their hands and/or use our hand sanitizer stations located throughout the centre. We have set up signs to remind guests to stay 2m/6ft apart at all times.
All Bubble team members will undergo a health screening before coming to work each day. All team members will wear face coverings throughout the course of the their shift.
We have multiple contactless payment options available at our front desk, in our arcade and at our restaurant and bar. Guests can tap and pay to purchase inflatapark, laser tag, arcade games and food and beverages.
Guest health and safety is our top priority. Please follow the signage posted throughout our centre and give our team members and your neighbors some space while playing our attractions or standing in line for service.
