What you should know before coming

  • Inflatable Details: Our Inflatable operates at a capacity and is a shared space with parties and walk ins. We always recommend making a reservation through our webstore if you plan on coming during a peak time such as on a weekend or holiday.
  • Inflatable Age Requirement: The Inflatable is a great activity for all age groups- kids, teens & adults. Children must be a minimum 2 years old (24 months) to enjoy the Inflatable. Additionally, all kids 2- 4 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • Laser Tag Details (Toronto): Our capacity in Laser Tag is 25 participants. Kids must be at least 6 years of age or 42 inches tall to participate in Laser Tag.
  • Net Course Details (Vaughan): Our capacity in the Net Course is 20 participants. Kids must be at least 6 years of age or 42 inches tall to participate in the Net Course.
  • Session Times: Sessions for all our activities start every 30 minutes.
  • Waivers - All participants require a valid waiver to participate in our activities, with the exception of the arcade. If the participant is under the age of 18 their waiver must be signed by a Parent or Legal Guardian only. Any forged waivers are grounds to refuse entry to all activities.
  • Arrival Time: We ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your jump time so we can get you checked in, give out wristbands. Arriving late will cut into your activity time and we are unable to extend time due to late arrivals.
  • Parent/Adult Spectators: Parents will need to purchase tickets for the inflatapark and net course if they plan on participating in the activity with their kids.
  • Late Arrival: We cannot reschedule or refund your jump tickets if the session time has passed. We offer free lockers for your belongings and cubbies for your shoes.
  • Snack counter: We have a Fuel Zone on site that offers a variety of sports drinks, slushies, snacks, chocolate bars, bags of chips etc.
  • Socks: All guests must wear regular socks on the Inflatable. Trampoline socks or socks with any kind of grip are not permitted on the Inflatable.

  • Upon Booking

  • Waivers

    All participants on the Inflatable need a valid waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under the age of 18. Ensure you direct your guests to our website to sign a waiver for their children attending.

    Parents/adults that are supervising their toddlers on the Inflatable must also have a valid waiver on file.

  • Invitations

    You can customize your digital Bubble e-vites. Please ensure you include check in time for 15 minutes before your party starts.

    Physical invitations may be collected in person at our location.

  • 10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR PARTY

  • Confirmation Call

    You will receive a call/email from our team to confirm final numbers and food orders leading up to your party.

  • Additional guests

    We are/will not able to increase/decrease the number of guests for your event on the day of the party. Please ensure you confirm your final numbers with the Event Office in advance.

  • Guest List & Waiver

    Ensure you direct your guests to our website to sign a waiver for their kids 7 – 10 days before your event.

    Send us a list of first & last names and the ages of the kids attending your party 5 days prior to your event.

  • DAY OF PARTY

  • Arrival

    We ask you and your guests to arrive 15 minutes before your party start time so we can get your group checked in, give out wristbands and start your party on schedule. Arriving late will cut into your activity time.

  • Check in

    Your Party host will be available to check you in. The host will collect your cake/décor items & balloons and hand out wristbands to your guests as they arrive.

    Your Party host will keep your party on schedule and direct your group from activity to party room. They will serve the kids pizza and will be available to assist with cake.

  • Payment

    Final payment for the party must be cleared upon check in.

  • Late Arrival

    For parties that arrive late we will be unable to extend/adjust your time and will be running your party on schedule.

  • Deposit & Payment

    A $100 deposit is required upon booking. This goes toward your balance which is payable upon check in the day of your party.

  • Cancellation

    We require 10 day’s notice to cancel or reschedule your booking. Cancelling within the 10 days will require you to forfeit your deposit.

  • Capacity

    Our capacity on the Inflatable is 65 participants and unless privately booked is open for walk ins and other pre-booked parties.

    Our capacity in Laser Tag is 20 participants.

  • Age

    The Inflatable is a great activity for all age groups- kids, teens & adults. We recommend kids be at least 2 years old to enjoy the Inflatable. All kids 2- 4 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.

    Kids must be at least 7 years of age to participate in Laser Tag.
